The boards of the Jewish Chronicle and Jewish News have announced their intention to form a joint charitable trust to secure the future of both newspapers. The completion of a legal agreement is dependent on the necessary funds being raised; both newspapers would continue to be published under one editorial and commercial team.

PA Media Group has acquired the stock images company Alamy, which will maintain its brand identity and will operate as a subsidiary. Alamy's stock imagery collections comprise of almost 200 million photographs, vectors and panoramic images.

SHOP magazine is now being produced by the award-winning creative agency, Rhapsody. SHOP remains owned by tax-free shopping market leader Global Blue, and will continue to provide its high-net-worth readership with information on where to shop, eat and visit on their travels. The SHOP team have moved to Rhapsody's office in London.
