System requirements

The Media Request service is supported on all browsers but for best results we recommend using the latest version of Chrome.

For Internet Explorer, we support IE9 and above – but for all other browsers we support only the latest version of that iteration.

Regardless of your chosen browser, cookies should be enabled to ensure it’s performing as expected, especially with regards to logging in. Where cookies are disabled, you may have trouble logging in and staying logged in, submitting requests and/or seeing previously-viewed popups.

**Users of our media request service, and related media outlets, must be listed on Cision’s databases as this service is intended to be used by established journalists and bloggers for established media outlets. Exceptions can be made for one-off requests at Cision’s discretion.**
