POLITICO Europe 
POLITICO Europe, a joint venture between POLITICO and Axel Springer, has announced that Claire Boussagol will assume the role as POLITICO Europe’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as of 16 June 2021. She will succeed Shéhérazade Semsar-de Boisséson, who is stepping down as CEO at her own request to take on new pursuits, including a new role as a member of POLITICO Europe’s Advisory Board. In this role Semsar-de Boisséson will continue to contribute to the company’s further development and growth across Europe. As incoming CEO, Claire Boussagol will lead POLITICO Europe’s next chapter of growth. She joins them from APCO Worldwide, where she most recently held the position of President Europe. Prior to that she was Managing Director of APCO Worldwide’s offices in Paris and Brussels.

A few changes have been announced on the Reach and Mirror Online sports teams:
Jake Murtagh has started a new role as Head of National Sports (Digital) for the Mirror, Daily Star and Daily Express.
Mark Jones has been appointed as Mirror Sport's new Features Editor and Jake Polden the new Assistant Sports Editor (Agenda).
Ben Husband has arrived as a Sports Reporter and Ricky Charlesworth has joined the team as their new EFL Reporter.

Melanie Boulton
 is joining Rhotic Media as an editorial assistant on 1 June 2021. Most recently, Melanie worked as a writer for the Co-operative Heritage Project, researching the history of co-operatives in Leicestershire and writing articles for the project’s exhibition. She holds a first-class History degree from the University of Sheffield. She will work on editorial briefs across Rhotic’s three divisions: Retail Finance, Institutional Finance and Companies & Markets.
