has been appointed Head of Technology and Entertainment in Hearst UK’s Commercial Client Team. Kelly’s appointment will see her driving revenue through a wide range of audience platforms, including digital, performance, event, content, creative solutions and print offerings. Kelly will work across Hearst UK’s portfolio brands which feature entertainment and technology content, including Digital Spy, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Good Housekeeping, Red, House Beautiful, Elle, Men’s Health, Women’s Health and Esquire. Kelly was previously Global Head of Film, TV and Games for ESI Media.

The Daily Mail's new weekend magazine Mail LUXURY has launched. The 68-page debut issue covered fashion, jewellery, watches, travel, design and more. Mail LUXURY will appear quarterly with The Mail on Saturday.

has been appointed as the new Regional Editor of Newsquest’s Hampshire weeklies, including responsibility for the Hampshire Chronicle, Basingstoke Gazette, Andover Advertiser and the Romsey Advertiser. Kimberley, who starts on 13 December, is currently Business Editor at The News in Portsmouth and can be found on Twitter @kimberleybarber

is joining Rhotic Media as Editor in Chief, effective 4 January. She will report directly to Liz Pfeuti and will have responsibility for all journalists at Rhotic. Helen has around 25 years of experience and joins from Private Equity International (PEI) where she is currently the Special Projects Editor.
Ben Salisbury is joining the Companies and Markets team as a financial journalist, effective 29 November. He joins Rhotic from EnvironmentAnalyst.com where, more recently, he wrote on corporate sustainability, the circular economy and energy issues.
Becky Bellamy is joining the Features team as a financial journalist. Becky joins from The Insurer, where she has worked as a senior reporter covering the reinsurance and risk beat.
Craig Rickman will be joining Rhotic’s Features team as a financial journalist from The Lang Cat, where he has worked as a senior consultant for the past two years. Craig will report to Jon Yarker and will be joining on 4 January 2021.
Liam Wyatt will be joining the Financial Services team on 4 January 2021 as a financial writer. He joins from investment manager Miton Optimal where he has worked as a marketing and operations manager, responsible for investment writing and client communications.
Madeleine Saghir has joined the Financial Services team as a financial journalist. Madeleine has spent the past four years at Asset Servicing Times working on the flagship title as well as Securities Finance Times as a senior reporter.

Rob Scammell
has started at UKTN, the website covering the UK tech sector, as Editor. Rob joins the team from Verdict, where he was Deputy Editor. He can be found on Twitter @RobertScammell

VICE
Zing Tsjeng
is the new Editor-in-Chief of VICE UK, after joining them as Executive Editor from Broadly, where she spent six years as UK Editor. Zing can be found on Twitter @misszing
