Yasser Ranjha
has joined Global to host a new weekday show on Capital XTRA. He will be on Drive with the station’s playlist of Hip-Hop & RnB anthems between 4pm and 7pm. Mike Panteli will continue to host his show on Capital XTRA Reloaded with non-stop old skool. Yasser was previously a drive-time presenter on the BBC Asian Network.

WIRED
The US and UK editions of WIRED, previously two entirely separate publications, are to be merged into a single site at WIRED.com. Two separate print editions will still be available, albeit with many shared stories. The US and UK newsrooms were merged last year.
