Bauer Media
Emma Hawkins is now a Style Writer at Bauer Media, working across heat, Closer, Bella, Take A Break, That’s Life, and Yours. Emma joins Bauer from Reach, where she was a Fashion and Beauty Assistant for The Express, The Mirror, New! and OK! Magazine. Emma will be covering both fashion and beauty in her new role.

The Business Magazine
The publishers of The Business Magazine, Black Ox Media & Events, are to bring back the printed edition of the magazine. It will return in November with a revamped design, increased pagination and will include expansive coverage of topics of importance to the business community of the South East of England. The magazine will be distributed to key decision makers and business hubs in the region and will be published bi-monthly covering the Thames Valley, The Solent alongside Surrey, Sussex and Kent.

will be moving to the Daily Mirror next month as a Senior Lifestyle Writer. Ellie, who previously worked for The Independent as Deputy IndyBest Editor, can be found on Twitter @iEllieFry

Julia Armstrong (@JuliaAArmstrong) has been appointed as a Local Democracy Reporter, Sheffield, for National World. Julia previously worked for The Star as Entertainment and Retro Writer and can continue to be reached at the same email address.

Railway Gazette International
Nick Kingsley
(@njak_100) has taken on the role of Executive Editor at Railway Gazette International after 8 years as Managing Editor. Nick will be working across publishing brands as well as providing editorial strategy for RGI’s portfolio of live and online events.

Retail Week
Georgia Kinahan
(@georgia_kinahan) has been appointed Senior Content Manager at Retail Week, where she will be leading content across all Retail Week Connect events. Georgia was previously Senior Content Editor, Consumer Industries at the Financial Times.

Phoebe Luckhurst
(@phoebeluckhurst) joined The Sunday Times Magazine this month as Senior Commissioning Editor. Phoebe was previously the Features Editor at the Evening Standard.

TechRadar Pro
Collin Probst has joined TechRadar Pro as B2B Hardware Editor. He's interested in getting pitches, interview requests and review opportunities for everything from workstations to printers and standing desks. Collin is based in the US, so is on Midwest time (GMT -5).

The Times
Adam Vaughan (@adamvaughan_uk), Chief Reporter at the New Scientist, will be joining The Times as Environment Editor this September. Adam currently covers everything from the environment and energy to key science stories; he also authors the New Scientist’s Fix the Planet newsletter.

What Hi-Fi?
Kashfia Kabir (@kashfiakabir) has returned to What Hi-Fi? in the role of Hi-fi and Audio Editor. Kashfia previously worked for the brand from 2012 until 2019 before taking on roles at Retail Week and, most recently, Starscream Communications.

Megan Wallace
(@meganhwallace) has joined ITV’s wellness media start-up Woo as Features Editor; they were previously Sex and Relationships Editor at Cosmopolitan UK. In their new role they will be editing and commissioning across wellness and culture.
