Channel 4 has renewed its contract with ITN to supply Channel 4 News until December 2026. ITN has held the contract for 40 years with the Channel 4 News programme, one of only two programmes that have been on air continuously since Channel 4 started broadcasting in 1982.

Amy Booth (@amybwrites) has become Managing Editor of the English-language Buenos Aires Herald, which has recently relaunched as a news website. Amy’s previous writing, photography and audio work on Argentina, Bolivia and the wider region has appeared in the Guardian, the BBC, VICE, Foreign Policy, Al Jazeera, Lonely Planet and many others. The Herald existed for 141 years as a newspaper before closing in 2017. The relaunched Herald will publish news, features, analysis and opinion about Argentina and the region. The team will focus on economics, finance, politics, and lifestyle for English-speakers living in, visiting, or interested in Argentina.
