Archant
Eight of Archant’s newsrooms are to close. The offices in St Albans, Weston Super Mare and Wokingham will close by the end of December, followed by Barnstaple, Cheltenham, Great Yarmouth and Romford offices closing by the end of March 2022. The company will keep four offices in Norwich, Ipswich, Huntingdon and Exeter.

ELLE UK
Kenya Hunt (@kenyahunt) has been appointed as the new Editor-in-Chief of ELLE UK, effective 7 March 2022. She will oversee its print, digital and experiential outputs. Kenya will re-join from Grazia where she was Deputy Editor, having previously held the position of Deputy Editor at ELLE UK. Kenya’s career spans working across both sides of the Atlantic for some of the industry’s most prominent titles, and her writing has appeared in the likes of The Washington Post, The Guardian, Essence, Harper’s Bazaar and The Evening Standard.

Inside Horticulture
Tamsin Westhorpe
has been appointed Editor of Inside Horticulture, the flagship members magazine of the Horticultural Trades Association. She assumes her new role from the Spring 2022 edition onwards. Tamsin is Director/Gardener at Stockton Bury Gardens, Herefordshire, as well as a lecturer, author and podcaster. Her Twitter handle is @tamsinwesthorpe and her Instagram is @tamsinwesthorpe

Monocle
Josh Fehnert

New Statesman
Andrew Marr will be joining the New Statesman as Chief Political Commentator in February next year, where he will write a weekly column on political affairs and contribute more generally to the New Statesman’s plans to expand and internationalise their reach and political coverage.

has joined The Sun's Money team as Commissioning Editor. She was previously freelance. Leah will be editing the daily Sun Savers page as well as working on other special projects.
