Freelance Update - Tanith Carey
Journalist and author Tanith Carey is publishing her 13th book, “Feeling Blah? Why Anhedonia has left you joyless and how to recapture life’s highs,’ on 13 April. The book, published by Welbeck, is based on thousands of research papers and interviews with some of the world’s top neuroscientists. It looks at why we increasingly don’t find joy in modern life – due to issues like hormonal changes, burn-out, childhood stress, long covid and lifestyle diseases and our modern diet. Highly readable and practical, 'Feeling Blah?' also contains evidence-based strategies for pushing back. Tanith is available for spin-off pieces/comment/extracts/interviews.
