Yannic Niehr is new Editor-in-Chief of the German online magazine Belletristik-Couch.de. He had previously already written for a number of the online magazines of the media group Literatur-Couch Medien GmbH & Co. KG.

Effective from October, Axel Bojanowski has been appointed as Editor-in-Chief of the German monthly science magazines bild der wissenschaft and natur from Konradin Medien GmbH. Axel has been a Reporter for the news website SPIEGEL ONLINE since 2010. He succeeds Christoph Fasel, who has left to pursue other interests.

Großeltern
The Swiss monthly magazine Grosseltern will be relaunched in Germany under the title of Großeltern at the end of October. The German publisher Prix Medien, licensed by the Swiss publisher 3G Media, will release Großeltern with a circulation of 70,000 copies.

Healthcare COMPUTING
Vogel IT-Medien, part of the Vogel Communications Group, has launched the online platform Healthcare COMPUTING. The new website expands their coverage of current developments in the eHealth business and informs clinics and relevant stakeholders in the health business.

Kaffee & Genuss
The new German online magazine Kaffee & Genuss has been launched by Auerbach publishing. The new magazine, produced by the editorial teams of the magazines Auszeit and Haus & Garten Test, is aimed at readers interested in the world of tea and coffee and their preparation.

Mädchen love STYLE
The German publisher Egmont Ehapa Media GmbH is launching the fashion magazine Mädchen love STYLE on 11th September. The magazine targets girls aged 10 to 16 and offers fashion and beauty tips.

my life
The German media group Hubert Burda Media will launch the new magazine My life Gesundheit & Lebensfreude Senioren Magazin in January 2020. The new publication will be the third line extension of the my life pharmacy magazines, following the October launch of Gut leben mit Diabetes and the children's magazine Platsch. My life Gesundheit & Lebensfreude Senioren Magazin will be presented at Expopharm 2019.

National Geographic
The German magazine National Geographic and the publishing house GeraNova Bruckmann will enter a new licensing partnership beginning 1st January 2020, encompassing the German language editions of National Geographic, National Geographic Traveler, and the National Geographic Special Editions. The companies already hold a partnership in the publication of the German language editions of the National Geographic books. The advertising rights continue to be managed by the Gruner + Jahr eMS and current subscribers will not be affected.

RTL (Germany)
Noah Gottschalk is now a Project Manager for the German media group RTL, effective immediately. He was previously a Journalist for the German regional broadcaster WDR and the German daily national newspaper Handelsblatt. Noah, who has written for RTL in the past, now deals with journalistic transformational processes.

stern
The German publisher Gruner + Jahr is launching the new magazine LIEBE in October. The 140 pages publication falls under the brand of the stern magazine has a print run of 125,000 copies. LIEBE, which looks at sex and relationships, is aimed at women aged 25 to 55. 

Planet 105 / 20 Minuten Music
The Swiss youth radio station Planet 105 is to be renamed following its acquisition by Tamedia, and will become part of the 20 Minuten brand. The new service will be available also via UKW and DAB+ on the frequencies of Planet 105

SAT.1 Schweiz
Alexander Wenger is now Editor and Presenter of the new magazine programme ‘Generation 5G - Das Innovations-Magazin’ on the Swiss private channel SAT.1 Schweiz. ‘Generation 5G’ explores what innovations the new cellular network technology offers.

SRF (Radio)
Marco Kauffmann Bossart has been appointed as Foreign Editor for the radio arm of the Swiss national public broadcaster Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen (SRF). He is currently South Asia Correspondent in Mumbai for the Swiss daily national newspaper Neue Zürcher Zeitung (NZZ). Marco succeeds Patrik Wülser, who will be a Correspondent in London for Radio SRF and SRF News.

SRF (TV)
Former professional skier Tamara Wolf will join the skiing commentary team for the Swiss national broadcaster Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen (SRF) from the new season. She succeeds Michael Bont, who is leaving to pursue other interests.

Teleclub Zoom
Claudia Lässer now presents the new monthly talk show ‘Zoom Persönlich - Die Talkshow' for the Swiss TV station Teleclub Zoom. The programme airs on Wednesdays at 8:00pm (CET). Claudia continues to present the original weekly show 'Zoom Persönlich'.

Richard Schmitt is now Editor-in-Chief of the online portals oe24.at and oe24-TV from the Austrian daily national newspaper ÖSTERREICH. Richard was previously Editor-in-Chief of krone.at, the online presence of the newspaper Kronen Zeitung.

PULS 24
The media group ProSiebenSat.1 has now launched PULS 24, the new 24-hour Austrian news channel. PULS 24 concentrates on live events and Austria content and is also available online.

La Sexta
Daniel Mateo Patau is now a Presenter of ‘Zapeando’ (Zapping), a show from the Spanish national private TV channel La Sexta. He was previously a Sports Reporter for the Spanish daily national newspaper 20minutos, a role he will keep alongside his new responsibilities. Dani, who has contributed to La Sexta in the past, succeeds Frank Blanco, who has left to pursue other interests. ‘Zapeando’ airs Monday to Friday at 3:45pm (CET).

MuyArte
The Spanish publisher ZinetMedia Group has now launched the arts and culture magazine MuyArte. The monthly publication is available online and in retail for €4.50.

RTVE
David Picazo Molina is now Head of International in the information services department of the Spanish national public broadcaster RTVE. He was previously International Deputy Director for the broadcaster.

Fotografia e/è Cultura
The Italian publisher Oberon Media has now launched the biannual magazine Fotografia e/è Culture. The photography, culture and arts publication is available in retail for €9.00. Pio Tarantini is Editor-in-Chief.

L'Energia Elettrica
The Italian magazine L’Energia Elettrica has now launched the bimonthly English language supplement L’Energia Elettrica Supplement Journal. Available free online, the publication aims to inform institutions and professionals in the sector about scientific and regulatory news.

Webnews
Lorenzo Ermigiotti has left his role as Managing Editor of the Italian technology website Webnews to dedicate himself to his role as Director of the Italian online newspaper Leonardo.it. Lorenzo’s successor at Webnews will be announced in due course.

Marc Burleigh is now an EU Correspondent in Brussels for the French newswire AFP. Marc, who now covers European and international affairs, was previously AFP's bureau chief in Central America and prior to that was their Deputy Bureau Chief in Iran. His successor will be announced in due course.
